  • What are your delivery methods and costs?

We deliver the majority of our items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured to your personal address, and someone will need to be at home to provide a signature. Our packages are discreetly wrapped and postal charges are generally very reasonable. If the item is delivered and you are not at home, a calling card will be left and the item can subsequently be collected from your local post office or redelivered. Postage costs start from GBP 7.50 and are generally no higher than GBP 25.

Standard delivery costs £7.50 for orders under £100 and is free on orders of over £100

You can have your order delivered by Next Day delivery to any address in the UK on selected items for extra cost.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for.

Purchase online and have your order delivered to store for free.

Your order must be collected from the store within 10 days.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number.

  • Receiving your package

When you receive goods from us by post or courier we advise that you carefully check the external packaging before you sign for it. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering, or if you are in any way unsure about the integrity of the package, you should not sign for it. Although not always the case, it is sometimes possible to feel the weight of your item(s) in the package. Package contents are carefully weighed and independently checked by several staff members before being sealed.

  • Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 3 - 6 days (excluding Sundays).

Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3 - 6 days (excluding Sundays).
